Volunteer Booth
Our Volunteer Booth team is the welcoming heartbeat of the Sioux Falls Airshow. These volunteers assist with check-in, answer questions, and guide fellow volunteers to their assigned locations.

Chalet Management (Gate Entrances)
Chalet Management volunteers help ensure a smooth and secure experience within the VIP Chalet area along the show line. Stationed at designated gate entrances, these volunteers are responsible for greeting guests, checking wristbands, and managing access to this exclusive area.

$25 Chalet Volunteers in the $25 Chalet help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests within this VIP area along the show line. Stationed at the entrance, you are responsible for greeting attendees, checking wristbands, and managing access to the space.

Chalet Cleaning
Chalet Cleaning volunteers help maintain a welcoming and polished environment within the general VIP Chalet area. Responsibilities include clearing tables, removing trash, and picking up any debris that may blow onto the grounds.

Programs
Program volunteers are the friendly, welcoming face of the Sioux Falls Airshow. Positioned throughout the grounds, you’ll hand out free programs to guests as they arrive, helping them navigate the event and feel informed from the moment they step in.

Kids Zone
Kids Zone volunteers help create a fun, energetic, and safe experience for families throughout the airshow. You’ll assist at various inflatable attractions, monitor activity, and help maintain a secure environment for children and guests of all ages.

Handicap Chalet
Volunteers in the Handicap Chalet help create a welcoming and accessible experience for guests who require additional support. Stationed at the entrance along the show line, you are responsible for greeting attendees, checking wristbands, and managing access to this designated area.

Kids ID Tent
Volunteers support child safety by creating ID wristbands, collecting parent or guardian contact information, taking photos, and recording basic clothing descriptions to help ensure quick family reunification if a child becomes separated.

Sioux Falls Airshow is a rain or shine event. If weather poses a risk to the safety of the public or performers, some flying demonstrations may be modified, delayed or suspended. Upgraded tickets are non-refundable.
